Agri Commodity Tips:Maize prices closed higher by 0.65 per cent on Thursday at the National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) as a result of a rise in the demand from traders and poultry industries. At the NCDEX, maize futures for September 2015 contract closed at Rs. 1,389 per quintal, up by 0.65 per cent, after opening at Rs. 1,374 against the previous closing price of Rs. 1,380. It touched the intra-day high of Rs. 1,390.
